Terms and Conditions:

Entry:
a. Entries for the car raffle will be accepted between 01/03/2024 and 01/12/2024. Any entries received after the specified end date will not be considered.
b. To enter the car raffle, participants must purchase a raffle ticket at the designated price. Each ticket purchased will constitute one entry into the raffle.
c. Participants may purchase multiple raffle tickets to increase their chances of winning.
d. All raffle ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.

Winner Selection:
a. The winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the entry period.
b. The drawing will be conducted within 10 days of the end of the entry period, and the winner will be notified via email or phone using the contact information provided at the time of entry.
c. If the winner cannot be reached within 10 days after the initial contact attempt, or if the winner is found to be ineligible or in violation of these terms and conditions, an alternate winner may be selected at the Organizer’s discretion.

Prize:
a. The prize for the car raffle will be a 2008 Toyota Altezza, valued at R300 000. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
b. The winner will be responsible for any applicable taxes, registration fees, insurance, or other costs associated with the prize.
c. The Organizer makes no warranties or representations regarding the prize and is not responsible for any defects, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the prize.

Publicity:
a. By participating in the car raffle, participants grant the Organizer the right to use their name, likeness, photograph, and any other relevant information for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

Limitation of Liability:
a. The Organizer and its affiliates, partners, and sponsors shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the car raffle, including but not limited to any technical malfunctions, errors, or delays.
b. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the car raffle in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.

Privacy:
a. Any personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the car raffle and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Governing Law:
a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the car raffle shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Republic Of South Africa.
